Crazy Naps

Now that Jovi can turn over I can't seem to keep the girl on her back.

She insists on sleeping on her tummy no matter how hard I try to put her on her back.

She makes me so nervous sleeping with her face planted in the ground, but she gets so angry anytime I try to flip her over or turn her head to the side.

She's also starting to tuck her knees under her. Getting ready for crawling in the future.

Isaac's Play Date

Isaac has a little neighborhood buddy that comes and plays with him. The little stinker squeezes right through the fence, and they just play their hearts out.

When Isaac gets tired he comes inside, and his friend waits right by the screen door until he is ready to come back outside. It is so cute.

Unfortunately, his little buddy is not so nice to me. He tries to bite me every time I pet Isaac or reach out to him, ha ha. Isaac always protects me though, and lets him know that he can't snap at his mommy. He's such a good boy. I can't say the same about his little pooty tooty friend! But I give them lots of water, and get a kick out of watching them play together. I just squirt him with a squirt bottle if he gets too frisky with me.

I won't have that snippy stuff, especially not at my own house. :)

He is arriving for playtime.

He's checking me out, and making sure I am not going to try and touch him or Isaac.

I guess he finally realized that I wasn't going to get him, so its okay to turn his back on me.

Full Alert Again!

Hard at Play...I'm glad Isaac has a buddy that makes him so happy.

Big Girl Food

Jovi has started eating big girl food now! The doc had us start rice cereal and stage 2 baby foods. She can have yellow, orange, and white foods only, and no proteins.

She is getting better at it everyday, and she seems to enjoy the challenge.

My Little Bumblebee

Jovi smiles and laughs all the time now. It is so much fun to talk to her, and hear her "talk" back.

4 Months Old....

Jovi turned 4 months a couple of weeks ago. Here are some of her pics. I am going to try and get Ben to let us get professional pics at 6 months. We've not had any pics done in a studio, so I think we should have at least 6 months, 12 months, and then yearly pics until she starts having school pics.

Here's Jovi wearing her pink "mini" skirt...I think all skirts are mini skirts at this age. HA HA.
