Random Jovi Pics

Here are some random faves...

Our hospital visitors...Baby Aynslee, Ms Angie and Mr Don (not in pic).

YUCK!!! Not sure what that face was about, ha ha, but it cracks me up!

She's gonna be a girlie girl, cause she loves getting groomed.

Such a sweetie

Ha Ha, she looks like she is scared of something. We're not mean to her I promise. :)

Her beautiful smile. I love that little face.

She's such a cutie pie. I love her pjs, and I especially love her pink blankie from
Aunt Stacy and Uncle Nate.

Isaac helping daddy feed Jovi. He is such a good helper!

Isaac and Jovi getting there nap on...he is always near her. He's her body "dog." :)
My two babies are precious!

I just love this pic of her little hand. She has mommy hands.
I could kiss them all day long.

Look at how she interlocks her little fingers. She's such a cutie patootie.

She's adorable with her precious spiky hair and milky mouth.
How could you not love that face?

Grandmas Galour!!!!

Jovi is so lucky. She got to spend 2 and half weeks with her grandmas. My mom came when Jovi was 2 days old and left 9 days later. Then my mother-in-law came when Jovi was 1 week and 3 days, and left 8 days later. It was so nice to have help since Ben and I are both first-time parents, and are completely clueless when it comes to newborns. Jovi loves her grandmas...GRANDMAS RULE!!!

At Your Request...

I have added pics of Jovi at everyone's requests. So here's a few while Jovi is napping. I'll try to add more later on.
Check out that mohawk! Jovi's a rockstar!!!

She likes putting her hands by her face. She talks with her hands like mommy does. (Okay, well maybe not talking yet, but she "communicates" with them. HEE HEE!!!)

Such a diva...all sprawled out with her hairbow!
I know I have not been awesome about updating our blog. Its been pretty crazy for a first time mommy. I promise I will try to add more pics more often, but bare with me. We're still working on a routine, and finding the time to shower is hard, much less finding the time to update the blog.

Fingers and Toes

Look at those sweet little baby fingers and toes. I know that I am her mommy, but I cannot get enough of them.

Jovi's Nursery

Ben and I spent our last weekend before Baby Jovi's arrival making sure everything is in place. We finished up her nursery, and I will spend this week making sure all last minute laundry and housework is done. We check into the hospital on Thursday night, and will be induced on Friday morning. Its hard to believe that this time next week we will be holding our little girl. Very exciting!!!

I have added some pics of the finished nursery for everyone to see.

Another picture from the nursery doorway.

Jovi's kangaroo hamper, Care Bear, and changing table.
(**Please note the ghetto curtains that I made, ha ha.)

Jovi's name painted by Grandma Garcia.

Jovi's changing table wall. Ben made the two shelves that are hanging above.
He did a great job! I could not be more pleased with how they turned out.
This is Jovi's Family Wall.
We live far away from everyone, so we wanted to be able to point out her family members to her.

A close up of Jovi's Family Wall.

One of Ben's masterpieces.

Jovi's crib and wardrobe.

Jovi's Australian friends are there to keep her company.

Daddy did a wonderful job on Jovi's nursery! He painted the walls, assembled all the furniture, and built her shelves. It almost made me cry when I saw the finished product. (Of course, I am pregnant, and cry at the drop of a dime). It's simply perfect, and I know Jovi will love everything about it, because of the love that went into making it for her. She is so lucky to have such a wonderful daddy, and we are so excited to meet her this weekend. 5 DAYS TO GO!!!

She is so wanted and so very loved.
